The Story Of Titan

Titan Mechanical Services opened its doors in 2017, following the success of our founding business, the water tank specialist Tank Reline. The same year, we identified a clear gap in the market, and so our mission was born. We set out to develop a comprehensive range of niche water engineering solutions (reducing actual risk) specifically tailored to the facilities management industry. Through the effective implementation of our initial vision, our customer base quickly grew, and by 2019, we had established ourselves as the UK's largest independent remedial works contractor. Based in Burscough, West Lancashire, our national delivery model is led by a hugely experienced management team and supported by highly skilled engineers based throughout the United Kingdom. From our humble beginnings, we now deliver projects for some of the UK’s most prestigious blue-chip companies and many of the largest facilities management groups. Our services are delivered across a variety of industry sectors, including retail, healthcare, commercial property, education, hotel & leisure, manufacturing, prisons, nuclear and residential care.
