LEGIONELLA CONTROL ASSOCIATION
The Legionella Control Association (LCA) was formed in 1999 to serve as a direct code of conduct for those who conduct services in connection with the control of legionella bacteria in water systems. To grant a membership within the LCA, organisations must conform to nine set service standards, in addition to demonstrating compliance in the management of these standards.
Members of the LCA are renowned for their expertise in respect to controlling outbreaks of legionella disease and maintaining quality water supply.
CHAS
CHAS was introduced in 1977 as an accreditation centralised around commitment to health and safety. For members, CHAS showcases a dedication towards compliance within their adopted risk management systems.
This risk mitigation also extends throughout different aspects of the supply chain. Also referred to as The Common Assessment Standard, those who've been granted certification are assessed annually to ensure sufficient quality levels in health and safety management are being maintained.
IS0 14001
The ISO 14001 accreditation was created as a means if implementing professional environmental management systems (EMS) within contemporary business practices. Since its generation in 1996, this globally identifiable standard has helped set the tone for sustainable environmental protocols, maintaining legal compliance and reducing impacts on the environment.
Gaining this certification exemplifies a companies incorporation of procedures and systems designed to prohibit the likes of resource depletion and climate change.
ISO 9001
ISO 9001 is an additional global standard issued once again through the International Organization for Standardization. Revamped in 2015, ISO 9001 directs its focus on the creation, implementation and longevity of organisations Quality Management Systems.
These set principles let customers to know that quality orientated processes are being put in place when choosing to engage with a specific business.
